  From what I've learned and saw from other bloggers sites there is only a banner that can be added. Paul's has a mountain background and a banner. Here is a couple of screenshots. The Theme tab is what is used. Not the Layout. Image. And Background. Anyway there is how to set up your banner on blogger. My banner is going to have a groovy 60s background. I want some racing strips. A bucket of KFC. At this point I don't care. I just want those things here. Okay so I used Gimp to make the racing strips transparent. There is a video below on how to do it. It was the first time I've done it. The bucket was done by another person named Phil. I inserted them onto the groovy background in MS Paint 3D. Added the text with Paint 3D. There will be no more graphics or any sort of art here. ~Yours truly.
